Being successful in your career is very important. Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been working for a while, there is always some area of your career where you can learn something new or improve in a particular area. As a Manager in the Corporate World for over 30 years, I have been involved in all levels of work; hiring; firing; development; etc. I have also learned a lot about organizing; prioritizing; time-management; conflict resolution; and leading a staff. I pray that some of what I share over my many years of experience will help you in some area of your career.
