My Coaching model is very simple and convenient. I offer three different types of Coaching: Email only Coaching; Chat only Coaching; or Email and Chat Combination Coaching. Each program is strictly donation-based and designed to meet your needs by fitting into your busy lifestyle. Highlighted below are some additional details to help you make the best decision for your particular situation.
Email Only Coaching
Email only Coaching is ideal for those who are too busy to schedule a formal session or who are not on a strict time schedule and can allow time for back and forth emails. Under this program, you simply email me with what you wish to discuss and I answer, usually within 24 hours. My answer might include additional material or handouts for you to review and will include suggestions on steps you can take to move forward.
Chat Only Coaching
Chat only Coaching is best for those that can schedule a specific time to meet, via private chat. Our chat sessions are conducted through my secure Client’s only page on my website. This method of coaching is much more interactive and is almost as if we were actually conversing over the telephone. Results are much quicker and much more detailed.
Email and Chat Combination Coaching
For the best of both worlds, you may wish to try email and chat combination Coaching. In fact, this is the method I most recommend. Using this method, we would schedule a specific chat time as mentioned above and I would also email you periodically with suggestions; homework; etc.
